This is the write-up of the things I spoke on at the meeting:

The relevant mailing list is at seattle-area-neighbornets at lists.riseup.net

cc'ing Cass and seaorg because I don't know if this list is still active.

My android phone has died, so I guess I won't be joining the Signal
group. I'm sure Signal is wonderful, but using it as the sole
organizational tool is exclusionary in that Signal requires a telephone
number. Anyone can get an email address for free. Nearly anyone can get
a smartphone for 5 or 10 dollars. Lots of people can afford data service
for that smartphone, but lots of people (including me) cannot. I have a
telephone number to use because I know a guy who runs a dang phone
company. Not everyone has that advantage.

I think that we'll find that as time goes on the proportion of indigent
folks to the population as a whole will increase quite rapidly.
Techno-activism is important for poor folks too, we too can contribute
if we are allowed to do so.

Thanks, all who came to the meeting, for your patience with my
off-the-cuff, disconnected ramblings. I hope that the written version is
more helpful than my comments at the meeting. I hope to have some real
nodes live by the end of next week; I will report on the progress of
this effort on the email list cited above. If there's a working list for
TA3M and someone wants to apprise me of its location then I will cc to
that list as well. Thanks for everything. Be well.
