[Ta3m-Seattle] Upon more reflection - skipping August. See you in September!

There is a solar eclipse on August 21 - and many of you have plans to go 
to Oregon to see it!

We don't have a speaker lined up, and Tor can't host us, so it seems best 
to skip August and move on to September.

We've got some great speakers lined up for September - the formal 
announcement will go out later.  It currently looks like we may have 
myself and Blibbet talking about firmare security, and our parent org 
Seattle Privacy Coalition giving a talk about progress with thread 
modeling for the Seattle resident. We'll probably be back at Tor HQ again.
