I'm sorry that there's no meeting this month, but I've got something for
folks to think about over their Thanksgiving meal (provided you get to
have one and are inclined to do so). I'm beginning a new project and I
could use everyone's help.

The project involves identifying communities which could benefit from
running their own local network infrastructure, and helping them to
implement that along with recycling / refurbishing programs to help
support it and other local projects. I've written up a brief

If you know or are part of any such communities which could benefit from
such an effort, I'd like it if you would pass my contact info (this
email address) along to them, or perhaps take the lead in organizing
such a thing in the communities of which you are part if you have the
time and inclination. I'm offering technical support, some hardware
donations, and my labor.
