This look very complete. Maybe you want to submit it? It would be great
if we could discuss it in both the HTTP working group (maybe drop Mark
Nottingham a line) and hrpc.
If you send it to the HTTP WG, let's make sure it not discussed on
Friday since HTTPbis and hrpc are conflicting on Friday, but HTTPbis
also has a session on Monday.
