A network we’re part of (NNIP) published a lot of materials, including a guide for community data and tech training. Definitely lots of value there

Thanks again for pulling this together. I look forward to the next installment in the series, and eventually hope to say “hi” outside of these convenings.

Subject: [ConsortiumShare] Got Data Literacy Resources to share?

Hello Data Literacy Practitioners,

Last week, we had a checkin meeting on what everyone was working on and we identified three main areas where people were facing challenges and we shared some resources under each of the topics. They were:

1. Engaging Youth in Data Literacy
2. So you have a Data Literacy workshop, then what?
3. What does Data Literacy mean for your big picture?

Do any of those topics resonate with you? Got any helpful resources to share? I thought I’d reach out to the list to see if there were more resources to add before we publish the blog post about the meeting. You can see the current list of stuff we have in our User Group Meeting Doc here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Zj7rnymPZqs7YVgysXduutID1R1wVlQfN4-IJCQGF_w/edit?usp=sharing<https://nam05.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fdocument%2Fd%2F1Zj7rnymPZqs7YVgysXduutID1R1wVlQfN4-IJCQGF_w%2Fedit%3Fusp%3Dsharing&data=02%7C01%7Crmg44%40pitt.edu%7Cf2354c878b454136640908d7467bce17%7C9ef9f489e0a04eeb87cc3a526112fd0d%7C1%7C0%7C637055369990243169&sdata=7dw5pZzuv%2BtT754F40WqlBA92jrcHpUJpzSyRVK1kIQ%3D&reserved=0>

Please feel free to add any relevant resources under those topics to the doc directly or just respond to this email and I can add them for you. Ofcourse we will give credit in the blog post regardless if you attended or not.

AND as a bonus question - we do have a section below on other data literacy resources you have discovered or published recently that other people should know about.

I will wait til the end of the week and then publish the blog post based on what we have.

Thanks in advance!

Dirk
