[SessionDesign] More Tweaks on Hybrids

As an attendee of said event, I want to say I found it worked very well.
The video time was kept to a minimum, and attention was focussed on the
speakers who dialed in when they did. We all got to interact with them, and
they got to feel they were part of the event.
I think we could have done more collaborative thinking on google docs etc,
and Dirk did try very hard to get US to update the main doc with images and
notes but we were very stubborn and left him to do it :D
