[SessionDesign] Virtual vs IRL vs Hybrids

I saw this research recently which seems relevant to this discussion

Tl,dr; idea generation is harder to do on Zoom than in person, probably because of the need to demonstrate attention to the camera. It might be helpful to have everyone turn the camera off for idea generation sessions.
