I put comments directly on your document. I hope that's helpful.
Here are some general comments on the overall experience:
Great.
Your workshop was amazing.
If you could divide your recording into chunks where you are explaining and
then you demo, that would be awesome.
So, like: STEP 1 - Written - Do this. What this means. Why. Example. STEP
1- Video explainer equivalent. STEP 1 - Demo - from your previous workshop,
a clip of you leading that.
STEP 2 -
Etc.
Checklists would apply over and over again in your process and provide some
basic ideas.
A simple example and a complex example are good. Or same template - simple
example first, ok let's review with a more complex example.
Break your questions down into one at a time.
Time-related questions are recurring and should be a distinct colour and
additive at the end.
Imagine a beginner with this material who is already overwhelmed with their
content and unfamiliar with running a virtual session.
I'd keep to just virtual at this point. Have a separate template for in
person workshops.
