Hello Collective Power Peeps,

We’re humbled by the response to The Session Design Lab and by the requests to run it again from so many people in the The Collective Power Playbook community. Many of you have already taken the Lab (thank you!), and alumni are always welcome to return with new session ideas or to deepen your practice.

If we want to harness collective power, how we design our sessions really matters. It’s not enough to have a smart topic or a good slide deck – we need participant‑centred designs that make it easier for people to think together, share power, and move into action, even when things around us are uncertain.

The Session Design Lab is a two‑day, hands‑on space to work on real meetings, workshops, or gatherings where you’re trying to tap into collective power. You don’t need a perfect agenda; just bring a session or idea you care about, and we’ll work together to make it more engaging, inclusive, and doable.

Join us for The Session Design Lab on March 24th & 25th from 3–6pm UTC. Together, we’ll:
	•	Explore simple, practical ways to design participant‑centred sessions that help people contribute, connect, and think together.
	•	Use adult learning frameworks like ADIDS to shape sessions that can flex with the moment while still moving towards shared goals.
	•	Turn your idea into a concrete session plan and get supportive peer feedback you can use straight away.
	•	Build your confidence, expand your toolkit, and connect with others who are designing spaces for collective power.
We’re continuing our pay‑what‑you‑can model to keep it accessible, and you’re welcome whether it’s your first time or you’re coming back for a refresher.
