Hello Contributors! 

Since the beginning of the year, there has been quite a flurry of collective power activity! There have been lots of Updates.

We have a Play Template that is ready for you to use!  See: https://collectivepower.net/play-template/ - Note that at the top you’ll find links to the google doc version for further feedback, along with a link to get your own copy so you can edit it yourself, either for your own use OR to use it to draft a ‘Collective Power’ play for inclusion in the playbook.

We’ve got upcoming contributors sessions on April 3rd.  Come and provide input on The Playbook roadmap for 2025, bring your collective power challenges to connect and learn from other contributors.

Our session at RightsCon on February 25th was a huge success.  Participants gave us some great ideas about content, including “How to Facilitate for the First Time” and offers to help, like “translation project management.”
The Facilitating Collective Power Lab, Strategies for Countering Authoritarianism, was a huge gift this week.  We explored how authoritarians build power by isolating individuals so they have less community and collective experience. We then looked at how we can utilise our facilitation skills to counter divisive forces and build solidarity.
