Hello Playbook Contributors,

Happy 2025! Let’s counter divisiveness in 2025 by creating many opportunities for solidarity when we convene.

We ended last year by trialling and finalising a new play called The Epitaph. It’s an exercise to get team members to collaborate on a ‘vision of success’ - find it here: https://collectivepower.net/the-epitaph/

This year, we’d love to get you to contribute a ‘play’ or two that you’ve developed or are in the process of developing. Jesse Mears (the Playbook’s co-editor) put some love into creating a Template for submitting and trailing plays. We’d love to start trialling the Template; you can find it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ls-p-toYzwboUZn0TudIR59_HjQlFQ8m_ADlq6XM5xI/edit?usp=share_link - to trial it, please make a copy and use it for an existing exercise or one that you might be developing.

We’re running two contributors' sessions to get feedback on the template and the process for getting an exercise into The Collective Power Playbook. We’re offering two to accommodate time zones, taking place on:
	- Wed, Jan 29th at 10:00 GMT/UTC - Register here: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/P9IzJjxHRx6YLzx7-OCkJQ
	- Thurs, Jan 30th at 16:00 GMT/UTC - Register here: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/P9IzJjxHRx6YLzx7-OCkJQ

We’ll also share and seek your input on the 2025 Playbook Roadmap.

If you have any questions about any of the above, please get in touch. Also, please share any recent learnings or challenges you’ve had in harnessing collective power on the list.

Hope to connect soon
