Hello Collective Power Contributors,
Since I first invited you to our next Session Design Lab, our world has changed, so I wanted to share a reframed invitation. As a playbook contributor, If you are interested in attending, I’d happily provide you with a guest registration - just let me know
In times of uncertainty, how we gather and facilitate conversations matters more than ever. The Session Design Lab is a collaborative space where facilitators, trainers, and organisers refine their session design skills to create inclusive, impactful, and responsive gatherings.
Whether you’re navigating shifting priorities, hybrid environments, or emotionally charged discussions, this lab provides a structured yet flexible approach to designing sessions that foster connection, clarity, and action.
Join us to strengthen your ability to create spaces that co-power participants, adapt to complexity, and hold uncertainty with purpose.
We’re offering it twice to accommodate a diversity of time zones:
This week: February 11th & 12th from 10am to 1pm UTC
Nexxt weeK: February 18th & 19th from 4pm to 7pm UTC
You can learn more and register at https://www.fabriders.net/session-design-lab/
Please do share with anyone who might benefit from participating. Note: Scholarships are available for anyone facing hardship due to the US Foreign Aid Freeze and Stop Work Order or if the registration fee poses a barrier to participation. Please use: https://www.fabriders.net/scholarship/

The content of the lab very much lays down a foundation for understanding how to break down knowledge hierarchies and build solidarity among your participants. If you are interested in attending, I’d happily provide you with a guest registration - just let me know

During this two-day online workshop, which lasts three hours each day, you will build a solid foundation in designing participatory and interactive sessions for both online and in-person formats. This will enable you to facilitate sessions that promote learning, knowledge sharing, and empowerment, thereby advancing your work and that of your participants.
