It will be particularly relevant if you are supporting an organisation's or programme?s strategic planning process in 2026. For those of you who can make it to London, it will focus on participatory, values-led, ?living? strategy practices that align directly with how we approach facilitation, power, and collective learning. The Strategy Design Festival is a one-day, highly interactive gathering for individuals and organisations that want strategy to be a living, shared practice rather than a document on a shelf. Together, we will explore collaborative approaches to developing a strategy that stays grounded in your purpose while responding to rapid change.
