[powerplay] The Epitaph - New Play Trials Nov 7th and 11th

Hello Playbook Contributors,

Apologies. It’s been a very hectic couple of months, and I haven’t been able to give The Collective Power Playbook the love it deserves.  

However, I’ve finally got some breathing room. I am anxious to run another trial of an exercise that has been the backbone of my facilitation practice for at least the last decade.   It’s called ‘The Epitaph’, and I use it when I have a group that needs help in strengthening cohesion.  It’s also a good starter for work on a Theory of Change or a long-term strategy.
