Hi Collective Power friends,

Hope you’re all well as we wind down the year. And sorry for the repetition for any of you on other lists I’ve shared this on 😜

I am going on Maternity Leave in March 2025 and am currently recruiting for my maternity cover while I’m away. Wanted to share the opportunity with the list in case you or anyone you know might be interested! It would be a fixed-term 14 month role.

Also just to note, we’re using the recruitment platform Applied as a good solution for better consistency and efficiency around our recruitment processes, and because their system does seem quite promising from a bias-reduction angle. But for anyone who doesn’t agree with Applied’s privacy policy (e.g. because they use Amazon Web Servers) we have a manual application alternative, linked at the bottom of the job ad!
