We are circulating the attached letter to the Federal Minister for IT &
Telecommunication Government of Pakistan regarding the ongoing
province-wide internet shutdown in Balochistan, which has affected an
estimated 1.5 million people. The letter highlights the severe
socio-economic, human rights, and reputational repercussions of this
measure, and calls for the immediate restoration of connectivity as well as
a commitment to end blanket shutdowns.

We are seeking endorsements from civil society groups, digital rights
advocates, journalists, academics, and concerned citizens to strengthen
this call. If your organization or network would like to endorse, please
