[liberationtech] A Citizen-like chatbot allows Ukrainians to report to the government when they spot Russian troops — here's how it works

Reinventing modern warfare, I believe some 250,000 and more Ukrainian
citizens have reported incidents using chat bots and other dozen government
apps. Most users are ID verified as per various reports circulating the
internet which becomes very worrisome if this get’s hacked, leaked and in
Russian hands.
