Subject: UC-DAO hosts Rachel-Rose O'Leary (next Weds, 15th @6pm).
Dear colleagues,
UC-DAO will host a discussion with Rachel-Rose O'Leary. Rachel is the former
lead tech writer for CoinDesk and
co-founder/core developer of soon-to-launch DeFi protocol DarkFi (Dark.fi).
We will discuss Rachel's trailblazing path as an Irish journalist and
developer in the industry, including her journey from covering the early
days of Ethereum to a career-switch as a Decentralised Finance (DeFi)
protocol developer. We all discuss current topics in Crypto/Web3 (DAOs,
DeFi, and NFTs) and ponder what can be done to revive the local Irish scene.
The event will be held in the UC-DAO Discord:
https://discord.com/invite/vByKv856
Just look for the Web3 Series channel where all the users are gathered.
Wednesday, 15th December @ 6pm.
Please share with any lists or people who may be interested. We're very
small and trying to discover local Irish crypto enthusiasts!
UC-DAO is a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) promoting Web3
culture at University College Dublin.
Best wishes,
Dr. Paul Dylan-Ennis
