[liberationtech] What could we at Liberationtech do to help pro-democracy HK activists protest China's new security law?

I imagine solutions that help could be communication and publication
systems that can resist a hostile firmware environment enough to repeatedly
produce unexpected outreach.  Ironically blockchains can likely do this.
Probably many other things can too.
