Hi Arzak,
I'd like to add my academic credibility to a project should it go forward.
We are conducting a funded SE Asia investigation into activists
preparedness for authoritarian uses of AI which could form a pilot for
discerning the preparedness for the privacy system the State Dept is
requesting.
