The Atlantic Council GeoTech Center Reimagining Technology and Data Series seeks to provide public and private sector leaders insight into how technology and data can be used as tools for good. In this analysis, the GeoTech Center examines two case studies in which data was weaponized against communities of color and recommends that data be re-envisioned by elevating marginalized voices and creating data review institutions.
