Dear Shava,
Breaking and entry and theft of millions of files is not "jay-walking".
Carmen Ortiz was doing her job -- as an official appointed by a democratically-elected president is supposed to do.
Ortiz was nominated by *Obama*. She is a Democrat. She was the first woman and first Hispanic to serve in this office.
The outrageous harassment of this prosecutor doing her job, by hackers, is a good example of why they cannot be allowed to rule and defeat
legitimate laws like SOPA.
As she rightly pointed out, "stealing is stealing whether you use a computer command or a crowbar, and whether you take documents, data or dollars.
You don't have any evidence that Ortiz was "instructed" and even if the DOJ did so, and even if some impartial body can prove she was overzealous on thisor other cases, this is what you get when you all keep sabotaging the law-making process by democratically-elected officials through harassment, DDoSs, mass barrages of comments on sites, etc.
One of her cases involved a hacker from Anonymous who shut down the Boston Hospital during a charity drive to protest the hospitalization of a child which hedisagreed with.

It's never enough for you radicals, and you're why we have Trump and will get him again.

Actually it was this woman:

An overzealous US Atty who'd just been named woman of the year by the Boston Globe and was the heir apparent to a very popular black Dem governor, as the latinx woman governor to-be.
I could tell you a bunch about her, but suffice it to say that she was climbing the ladder on a series of show trials, mostly on the back of civil liberties, and pulling some serious over-reach.
I had spoken to a bunch of the Berkman crowd about some of these cases and was shrugged off.
Then she went after one of our own.
We made sure she was not elected dog catcher, after Aaron. But there are still men in jail for 30 years who shouldn't be, because of her.
We got a republican governor out of it, but he's not half bad. Well, maybe half.
And I think the DOJ probably instructed her to make it "a federal case" because of PACER, maybe SOPA/PIPA. They were waiting for Aaron to jaywalk, as my father would have said.
