I’m writing to let you know that I’m recruiting for a couple of positions
in my team here at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, the first of which I
think could be of particular interest to MPA/IDs. The jobs are:
*Platform Curator for the IT industry*. This position is about helping the
World Economic Forum act as amplifier and an integrator across all of the
work that tech firms are doing to change the world. The position will work
on issues like the ethics of AI, digital skills, and effective data
stewardship. The position will be responsible for developing and
implementing strategies to coordinate across the work that the industry and
related academics and civil society organizations are doing in this space
to help create an impact that is bigger than the sum of the individual
efforts.

*Community Curator for the IT and Digital Communications Industries*. This
position is about building a strong community of Chief Strategy Officers
from companies in these two industries (Digital Communications being the
mobile ecosystem). The position is responsible for building and managing
relationships, and identifying the issues that Chief Strategy Officers care
about and finding the right ways to engage them in cutting edge
conversations about those issues. The individual hired will do this for
both industries, but we increasingly see these conversations merging so it
makes strategic sense to have the same person manage both and find the
right ways to integrate them.
