I wanted to introduce you to Elgorithm <http://elgorithm.org>, a social
enterprise to lift Syrian and Palestinian refugees out of poverty by
connecting them to the digital global job market. Elgorithm’s platform
receives outsourced work involving training data from tech companies.
Access to such work creates a wide scale social impact
<https://www.elgorithm.org/our-impact> that provides our beneficiaries with
life-sustaining income; with flow-on benefits of economic growth in local
communities, as well as enhanced health and wellbeing outcomes and reduced
poverty.
We employ the latest digital trends such as AI and Blockchain to develop
tech-driven solutions to humanitarian issues, such as the Refugee Crisis,
to empower the displaced population, which has resulted in 2 million
individuals living in poverty in Lebanon.
Our mission is to empower the refugee community by providing access to
opportunities of technology, and increase the digital participation of
underserved populations where we train and certify skilled labor to deliver
high quality trained data. I was hoping to get your advice on how to
receive a steady flow of outsourced work from tech companies, in the AI
realm, involving training data to further Elgorithm’s social mission.
All the best,
Luma
