Hosting in Denmark is not recommended. 
The current Justice Minister has admitted he is violating EU Law by logging all Internet activity in the country.
Further, he has stated he has no plans to stop, even though the violations have continued for over one year.
This problem has been addressed by the Information Technology Political Association (IT-POL),
