[liberationtech] Fundraiser to send 100 4G/LTE hotspots to Public Libraries in Puerto Rico & fund CryptoHarlem for 1 year

At a time when a lot of telecom infrastructure needs to be rebuilt in
Puerto Rico, there are opportunities for a bit more aggressive
campaigns to build pockets of truly community-oriented and controlled
infrastructure. I'd contribute to that type of campaign.
