Dear Sir or Madame,



My name is Oludotun Babayemi, and I’m a Reagan-Fascell Fellow at the
National Endowment for Democracy, based in Washington, D.C. I’m currently
conducting research on *how civil movements or organizations are using
digital technologies to promote democratic accountability in West Africa*.
The research aims to give an overview of some of the possible ways digital
technologies can be used to ensure transparency and accountability in
governance. I will be producing an online handbook as a product of my
research and Fellowship.



Consequently, I am eager to learn which digital technologies are working
effectively for your organization through a technology-use survey you can

Je m’appelle Oludotun Babayemi, et je suis chercheur nigérian. Actuellement
je sers de « Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellow » à la Fondation nationale
pour la démocratie à Washington, où je fais des recherches l’emploi des
technologies digitales par des mouvements civiques pour promouvoir la
responsabilité démocratique en Afrique de l’Ouest. Mes recherches visent à
donner une vue d’ensemble de comment l’utilisation des technologies
digitales peuvent garantir la transparence et la gouvernance responsable.
