[liberationtech] White House Comment Line shut down!

One other note: when using the WH web comment form, it requires a phone 
number to be entered before allowing the comment submission to proceed.  
All zeroes worked, but I think putting in their useless comment line number 
would be even better.  It only occurred to me after I'd already done it.
