Dear Subscribers,

I forgot to mention that the Freeman Spogli Institute's Center for
Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law has decided to make the
Liberationtech Twitter list a free-standing list independent of Stanford
University.

We now have a team of people that are running and posting to the account.
If you would like to help us, please let me know, and I will add you to the
team.
