My name is Jose Luis Mendoza, I am based in Venezuela, where I work
with the Latin American Center for Research on the Internet (CLISI),
we are currently forming research groups working on the subject in
various lines of research, always turning On the Internet. Our work is
to bring organized civil society, universities and independent
researchers closer together so that research can be successfully
completed, published and used as inputs for further research. Damoms
advice on copyright, publication and publishing.
