[liberationtech] Report: Messenger apps during humanitarian crises

Adoption is the key, right after the election I started telling
activists to move to Signal, but of course FB and stuff are so easy
and accessible, and people in the US think they're "untouchable,"
well..
It's like Amy Goodman's longtime friend said on her election show:
"USA, welcome to most of the World!" he was talking about activists
having to take precautions against their government, national
applicable Constitution et alte notwithstanding..
