[EGOV-CeDEM-ePart 2018]

The EGOV-CeDEM-ePart 2018 represents the merger of the IFIP EGOV-ePart  with the CeDEM conference and is the annual conference of the IFIP Working Group 8.5.

The conference will be held 3-5 September 2018 at the Danube University Krems in Austria and we welcome submissions to the following tracks:

  *   E-Government & Open Government
  *   E-Democracy & eParticipation
  *   Smart Governance (Government, Cities & Regions)
  *   AI, Data Analytics and Automated Decision Making
  *   Digital Collaboration and Social Media
  *   Policy Modelling and Poliocy Informatics
  *   Social Innovation
  *   Open Data, Linked Data & Semantic Web
  *   Practitioners
  *   PhD Colloquium

Submissions can be completed research papers, ongoing research papers, project descriptions, panel and workshop proposals, reflections &viewpoints, posters and PhD papers.

To celebrate the merge of the conferences we are happy to offer a special "Conference Merging Celebration Fee” for authors submitting a paper as well as 4 PhD Bursaries (750€ each) for PhD Students submitting to the PhD Colloquium.
