Some basic knowledge for handling the PIZZA challenge:

- Pizza was not invented in Chicago.

- Sbarro is not an Italian Eatery. It is Mexican.

- Mexicans know sh*t about Pizza.

- Pizza was not invented in Sicily.
  Sicilians only started making decent Pizza in the 2000s.

- Most Italians in the USA are of Sicilian descent.

- Most Italians doing Pizza in the USA have no clue of decent Pizza.

- Argentinians think they got taught how to make the best Pizza
  in the world, but they too are actually having Sicilian Pizza.

- Pizza stems from Naples.

- It is also done well in mainland cities like Rome and Milan.

- If you want decent Pizza in the USA, find Italians who have arrived
  from mainland Italy within the last 15 years. Anyone who's been away
  from home too long is just making Pizza up.

- In Italy there are proper Pizza baking schools, whereas abroad
  every Italian has a business interest in claiming they know how to
  do Pizza, then they just make it up. Find Italians that actually
  learned the art of proper Pizza baking.

- In Italy there are thousands of Arabs, in particular Egyptians, who
  have learned making Pizza at the appropriate schools and do better
  Pizza than Italians in the USA. Find anyone who went to Pizza school
  in Italy, regardless of skin color or nationality.
