[liberationtech] Call for proposals - Open Source Design devroom at FOSDEM 2017

The Free and Open Source Developers' European Meeting (FOSDEM) will once
again include a design track, that will take place on February 5th 2017.

The Call for Proposals is now open. If you are a designer, or a developer
working with designers, within a free and open source software project,
we'd like to hear from you.

Please submit your session proposal on / before December 1st 2016.
