I was in Havana, Cuba last month, and wrote this blog about my research
and observations regarding Internet access and digital literacy in Cuba:

If your nonprofit or community group is addressing or researching
digital literacy issues in Cuba, I would love to hear from you. Links to
online resources is especially appreciated. I am not working on any
project regarding this - just personal interest.

Thanks to Peter Miller for getting in touch already.
