[liberationtech] Barrage of subscription requests

Hi All,

Just to let you know that we are currently getting a barrage of presumably
fake subscription requests by U.S. House members to join the Liberationtech
list and drone-list from their real personal email addresses and phone
numbers.

The list will remain under emergency moderation until the barrage ceases.
