Facebook is not neutral. Here's an example:

By entrusting FB to deliver group messages to all the subscribers
it empowers FB to choose which ones will appear on dashboards and
which ones will hardly be seen by anyone. And to expect that not
to happen has proven to be naive.

So maybe you should use mailing lists or forum software instead.
