So, that's the difference, "Myself:" this time around, it is not just the
US opening up "limited trade," but rather a BILATERAL agreement.

The "cheap fiber" is there - ALBA-I undersea cable, & US Govt's promise to
lay undersea cable from FL to Gitmo - and the Coop framework provides a
democratic alternative to the Oligopolic Telecom service providers of the
"Free World!"
