[liberationtech] Survey tool for health care

Dear All,

I am initiating a survey based research to understand health services
delivery network in India (Mostly rural and tribal India). I will be
capturing data through structured questionnaire (similar to LIAT and LSAT)
along with unstructured data such as voice, picture etc. We plan to use ODK
for data collection.

We have no prior experience of using ODK (or research in health sector). I
seek your opinion on the tool (ODK) and the process. Please share your
experience if you have used a similar tool in health services sector.
