[liberationtech] Help inquiry for community technology project in Cuba

Folks, I’ve got a trip to Cuba planned for June and am looking to become involved with a CTC/Telecentre project or some appropriate technology assistance to NGO effort.  

I’ve been doing community and nonprofit/NGO technology work for many decades. I appreciate the politics involved with a restricted Internet, and I do know that’s all in major flux at this point which makes it an especially exciting time to be going.  Good info on the technology development scene there would be appreciated as well as recommendations for appropriate people, government departments, and organizations both in Cuba and the US who know about and/or are involved with development directions, projects and possibilities.  I’ll be primarily in Havana during my stay. Any and all help/pointers would be most welcome.
