[liberationtech] Secure Video Recording for Android

CipherCam, which Strongbox is based on, has support for still pictures
in addition to Video. Take a look here:

I am currrently submitting the Strongbox into f-droid. Should be
available soon. (see
https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/merge_requests/684)
