[liberationtech] Net neutrality in the U.S.

Along with many others, Mozilla's working to help forestall a bad
outcome on net neutrality in the U.S., to derail the FCC's current track
towards weak rules that permit prioritization practices that harm choice
and competition.

Today, we filed a petition with the FCC proposing an original view of
agency authority in the U.S. context. The below link is our descriptive
blog post (which links to the petition itself, if anyone wants a deep
dive). I'm happy to chat further if anyone is interested.
