[liberationtech] Out of US VPS suggestions

A few of us are looking for VPS solutions that are completely based
outside of the US (infrastructure AND company itself). Preferably, we'd
like it in a country that either has very strong data privacy laws that
include non-citizens or a country that is 'hostile' enough to the US not
to cooperate on a data request.

Can anyone suggest any locations and/or providers?
