[liberationtech] Mapping out physical surveillance across a city

You could start by mapping any contiguous region, no matter how small.
"This ten foot segment of sidewalk has no cameras" ... "This 100 foot
segment of sidewalk is surveilled by the camera at the ATM at 123 Main St."
