[liberationtech] Iraq block Social media

I have a VPN connection to Iraq  109.224.XXX.XXX

  ISP: earthlink ltd. communications&internet services

I tested Facebook, youtube, google, and twitter and all loaded normally. 
   Traceroute showed no anomalies.

My Iraqi friends are posting normally on FB at the moment.
