[liberationtech] Tool Collective in Tacloban needs help

Great to be in Liberation Tech list, Rodel Urani here from Manila. Hope my
reply is not too late. I could see some help coming and continue to do
so from everywhere for the survivors and my fellow Filipinos in Tacloban.
