Which bug fix? This is still unfixed in Firefox:

Firefox is already preventing use of bookmarklets when a site is using
CSP. Now with this W3C change they can just close the ticket as
wontfix and are done.

So I am not sure if Mozilla really cares about this. So much about
their manifesto.
