Hi Marcin,
I think there are aggregators or portals that can provide information
of available grants from government agencies in all areas and one can
simply limit the search to areas related to technology and liberation.
I don't think there will be one specific comperhensive list that is
unique to libtech. Developing such a portal in itself is a good idea
for a standalone project.
Here are examples for grant portals for specific countries:
Canada: http://www.thefundingportal.com/
USA: http://www.grants.gov/
EU: http://ec.europa.eu/contracts_grants/grants_en.htm
If others could contribute to the list, that would be great!
