[liberationtech] Suggestions for a reading on consumer surveillance

The course is Surveillance in Visual Culture--visual culture being
visual methods of surveillance and visual evidences of surveillance.
My student is focusing on the images that evidences how Euclid tracks
movement in stores--which look very much like the Gilbreth photographs
used in the 20th century that tracked how workers moved in factories.

An ideal article to complement the Corporate Eye for my class would be
one that explores how the consumer is tracked through stores visually.
 I would love to be able to talk about the EyeSee mannequins with the
reading.
