[liberationtech] Call for Participation: EFF CUP workshop on designing a Prize for Usable Crypto

EFF is calling for developers working on end-to-end encrypted
communications tools; usability researchers and UX designers; and those
with experience running previous technology prizes to participate in our
workshop on whether a prize is a good idea in the secure communications
space, and what it might look like:

This will be held in conjunction with the SOUPS Conference in Silicon
Valley in July.  We may have a limited number of travel stipends to support
those who need to travel to the event.
